an
Amateur Radio Station with the support of 


Grimsby
Cleethorpes and District Scout Fellowship 


and



Grimsby
Amateur Radio Society


over
the weekend of


Saturday
4th & Sunday 5th October 2008  


we
contacted a total of 25 radio Hams from as far away as Melbourne in Australia


over 130 young boys attended the event trying their hands at
such things as Glass engraving, Glass painting, as well as sign language,
amateur radio, fast scan and slow scan TV and also making flashing badges
